"A FACTORY OF ENGINEERS" thats what we hear all around us. Now-a-days, whenever anyone in our family or circle get to know that  you are persuing engineering , you immediately become their entertainment HUB. They start informing us about how little scope we have in this field, like they know better. The society thinks engineering is always a BACKUP option. This is generally the PROTOCOL followed in every family gathering , at least this is what i am going through. Sometimes I just want to call up of my those "intelligent " relatives , who  know about everything about a field they have no relation to and ask how free are they? I mean they got to have that much free time to BRIDGE all those theories about an occupation whose correct spellings is still a mystery to them. They are just there to make fun of all those hardworking students who have worked their asses off to complete the degree, who have invested their everything in hope to get a secured future.

Apart from he relatives, the colleges are endorsing placements like anything. once you take admission in any college (except IIT or NIT) they make you feel like you have achieved something so big like MERGING two nuclear formulas. this also plays a big role in belittling engineers.

But guys, its not only about code, machines or anything. An engineer is the solution to all your problems. The phones you use, the food you eat, the roads everything is related to ENGINEERING.

SO, INSTEAD of laughing at them, support them.
